Few ppl only expect…

Few ppl njoy in their life, make big statements and show off. When the real testing hour comes, they hide some where and continue to have fun and avoid the heat. Even they might choose to take another path to avoid the test.
Such ppl always expect a lot from others. They expect somebody to sacrifice and fight their war and give them the victory and pleasure.
Such ppl are parasite and expect a lot and blame others if they don’t  get sthing.
They chage with their failure and time.

How to Answer and Deal with an Ignorant Person..

In any event always remember that the wise learns from the fool (and the ignorant) more than the fool learns from the wise, because otherwise the fool would kill the wise in his ignorance.
1. If an ignorant and foolish person questions you, stay quiet:
2. Answer the ignorant question while facing another person:
3. Offer the Ignorant external sources of knowledge and references: (Most ignorant people also happen to be the most arrogant ones.)
4. Listen to their stupid and ignorant remarks, remember them and answer later:
5. Say peace to the ignorant and walk away:

One Minute Manager

“I found out why you call yourself a One Minute Manager. You set One Minute Goals
with your people to make sure they know what they are being held accountable for and
what good performance looks like. You then try to catch them doing something right so
you can give them a One Minute Praising. And then, finally, if they have all the skills to
do something right and they don’t, you give them a One Minute Reprimand.”

Medicore Manger

“Well, in most of the organizations I worked in before, I often didn’t know what I was
supposed to be doing. No one bothered to tell me. If you asked me whether I was doing a
good job, I would say either ‘I don’t know’ or ‘I think so.’ If you asked why I thought so,
I would reply, ‘I haven’t been chewed out by my boss lately’ or ‘no news is good news.’
It was almost as if my main motivation was to avoid punishment.”
